Challenge

To rebrand the marketing assets of Rodman & Rodman P.C., a successful CPA firm well known for providing expert counsel and service in green energy tax accounting and business strategy, in order to demonstrate the firm’s breadth of services outside of this industry vertical. The rebrand should not comprise existing business, but should increase awareness of the firm’s value to new market segments, promote internal buy-in from existing employees and encourage interest from qualified candidates when used in recruitment campaigns.

Solution

Working collaboratively with Hailer Marketing, we took our cue from the results of their internal brand audit. The results was the inception of an evolutionary brand mark, logotype and focused content. The brand mark was developed by creatively using a Yin/Yang motif to emphasize the firm’s balanced approach and a color pallet that incorporated the interior paint and fabric selections at the firm’s new office location.

Results

A complete suite of marketing assets, with strong, new, consistent branding; kicked off internally and externally with an open house event, and rolled out across a new website, social media, and printed stationary. The dynamic roll-out of the ‘new’ Rodman, also included a variety of branded collateral including invitations and coffee cups.
