AVFX is a provider of innovative lighting, effects, and interactive media for the tradeshow and event space. Enjoying a robust reputation across the country, AVFX sought a marketing firm that could support its position as an industry leader and communicate its range of capacities to businesses from New England to California.


We created a campaign that primarily positioned AVFX as a thought leader—focusing on blogs, relevant shared content, and white papers—supported with demonstrations of the company’s products, ethos, and strategic partnerships. An instructional framework was also developed and adopted to assist the entire company in understanding how (and why) social media creates a positive impact, and how the AVFX team can utilize this tool to support the company’s endeavors.


AVFX saw online engagement rise across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter, as well as the development of a loyal and active online following. The improved digital presence has attracted interest from top publications, including the leader in the exhibit industry, EXHIBITOR Magazine (Minnesota), running three articles in the last 15 months. On a local level, strategic online positioning of the company’s open houses, workshops, and demonstrations assisted in driving increased traffic to these occasions. Promotion of civic occasions such as the Lights of Boston initiated positive responses from visitors who shared their experiences on social media. Currently in our third year working together, the partnership between AVFX and our agency has never been stronger.
